Students will be sent home from school any time their temperature is 100 degrees or more or the nurse or principal's office determines the individual should not be at school due to an illness. Upon determining the child is ill, the nurse or principal's office will notify the parent/guardian that they need to come and pick their student up from school. The student is at no time to call on his/her own accord and request a parent to come and get him/her from school. If this should happen, we ask parents/guardians to immediately phone the school and verify the student's condition. In addition, students who are experiencing diarrhea should stay home or will be sent home if they are having severe and/or frequent episodes of diarrhea for more than 24 hours. FRACTURES
